SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped out within 1-5 working days, unless advertised otherwise.
We use DHL Express courier if you are located outside Australia.
Please note, if you pay with PayPal, we will only send your order to the shipping address listed on the PayPal payment form.
CUSTOMS CHARGES:
If you are located outside Australia, you may need to pay Customs charges, such as import tax, duty and administration fee.
Customs may need to verify your identity. Therefore, please enter your full name exactly as it appears on your identification document.
In certain countries, you may also need an import permit. Please contact the Customs office in your country if you have any doubts.
RETURN & WARRANTY:
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction on every sale. To assist us in achieving this goal, you are encouraged to research further information about the product prior to purchase. We would like to minimise product returns as much as possible, especially if you are located outside Australia.
Change-of-Mind Return:
On an exception basis, we may allow a change-of-mind return if the product is still brand new and sealed. A restocking fee may be payable if we approve your return.
If the product is no longer brand new and sealed, unfortunately a return is no longer possible.
Faulty Return:
If your product is faulty on arrival, the best course of action is to make a warranty/replacement claim in your country.
Alternatively, you may return the product to us in Australia for a replacement. Shipping and Customs charges will be passed on to you at cost.
Warranty Claim:
If you need to make a warranty claim during your warranty period, we recommend you try to claim it locally in your country.
If the product does not come with international warranty, you may return the product to us in Australia, and we will claim the warranty for you. Shipping and Customs charges will be passed on to you at cost.
EXCHANGE RATE:
We are an Australian store and all of our prices are displayed in Australian Dollar. Your payment will also be taken in Australian Dollar.
If you pay with PayPal, PayPal can convert the currency for you and tell you exactly how much it will cost in your local currency. Please note, your bank or credit card company may also charge an extra fee for to process an overseas transaction (even if the currency has been converted by PayPal to your local currency). Please contact your bank or credit card company to confirm if this applies to your card.
